In this turn-based tactical game, every choice you make will have a big effect on how the mission goes. Take charge of the Adeptus Mechanicus, which has the most advanced technology of any army in the Imperium. Saturnalia will have a dark, Giallo-inspired aesthetic, and it will combine challenging rogue-like gameplay with a wealth of rich Sardinian folklore to create a non-linear adventure with procedurally generated dungeons, an array of puzzles, and an engaging yet somewhat abstract narrative. The player assumes control of a cast of characters in this rogue-like adventure set in a village resembling a maze and ruled by a powerful, otherworldly evil.
Inspired by the myths and legends of the island of Sardinia, this game promises to be it’s most ambitious to date, plunging players into a mysterious past where they must unravel the mysteries of a long-lost village.
